We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to lead our Consignment / VIP Team at our Crawley warehouse.
This is a full-time position. The standard work week is Monday to Friday, with hours from 09:00 to 17:30. Flexibility may be required during peak periods.
🌟 About the Role 🌟
The Consignment / VIP Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Consignment and VIP services team. This role requires a blend of leadership, operational efficiency, and exceptional client relationship management, focusing on high-value and exclusive inventory. The Team Leader will ensure seamless processing of consigned items and provide an elevated service experience for our VIP clientele.
💡 What you will do 💡
🚀 Team Leadership and Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Copywriters, Photographers and a Logistician.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions for team members.
- Schedule team coverage to ensure all operational demands and client needs are met efficiently.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
📦 Consignment Operations
- Oversee the end-to-end consignment process, from initial intake and authentication to pricing, photography, and listing.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry for all consigned inventory.
- Manage communication with Business Team regarding the items in the flow.
👑 VIP Client Service
- Act as the primary point of escalation for KAM inquiries and issues.
- Develop and implement service standards that exceed the expectations of high-net-worth and VIP clients.
📈 Process Improvement and Compliance
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve consignment and VIP service workflows.
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and security protocols related to high-value goods.
- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, consignment volume, and VIP service metrics to senior management.

🏆 Required Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably within a warehouse environment.
- Proven experience managing high-value inventory and managing internal customers.
- Demonstrated success in process optimization and team development.
